Very satisfied with service and friendly staff. Room just a mite smaller than I would have preferred but adequate for someone tired and in need of a nice bed to sleep on after a long journey. Food was very good.
This maybe a small establishment but it is one that holds true to what a local pub should be. Happy, family oriented and fun for everyone with a lovely dining area, beer garden to enjoy your time in the summertime or just relaxing with a cold drink and having a game of pool with a mate.
As always the Sunday roast was excellent, and the pudding was good too. There was also a well recommended Fuller's IPA but sadly l was driving.
Friendly and accommodating staff. Outside area felt a little bit last minute maybe? Or perhaps unfinished when I was there. Otherwise, a nice pub.
Fantastic pub. The locals are very friendly and made us feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable. Add in well kept ale and it's a definite 5 star review from me. If ever staying on the IoW I'll book here again for sure
